A 10-minute walk from downtown Avignon, on the shore of the Rhône, the 38-metre-long barge welcomes you with a green garden setting on one side and on the other, an incredible view overlooking the Palais des Papes (Papal Palace) and the city’s medieval ramparts. Parking is within 20 metres of the barge. On board, occasionally rocked by the gentle waves of passing boats along the Rhône, you can take advantage of the terrace to have a bite to eat, relax or take a nap, all within close proximity of the historic heart of Avignon. Piot and Barthelasse Islands are classified as protected natural sites playing host to hundreds of species of fauna, ideal for a hike or a bike ride.
The layout of the guest rooms along the length of the 38 metres of the barge has been designed in such a way as to guarantee a maximum of discretionary space.
